Ms. Lill joined Optima in 2022 as a Junior Analyst in the Research Department, responsible for supporting the research team on the public and private investment side as well as assisting with risk analytics. Payton joined Optima as a full-time analyst after completing an Optima summer internship program in 2021. Ms. Lill is a graduate of Columbia University where she received a B.A. in Political Science and was a member of the woman’s Division I Varsity Lacrosse team.
