Ms. Kiseleva joined Optima in 2023 as an Analyst in the Research Department, responsible for supporting the research team on the public and private investment side. Prior to joining Optima, Ms. Kiseleva worked as an Analyst on the Research Team at Forester Capital, LLC. Her primary responsibilities included analysis, due diligence, and monitoring of Forester’s existing alternative investments in Hedge Funds and Private Equity. Additionally, Ms. Kiseleva was involved in sourcing and conducting research on potential alternative investments. Ms. Kiseleva is a graduate of Wesleyan University where she received a B.A. in Economics, a Minor in Russian, East European, and Eurasian Studies, and was a member of the women’s Division III Varsity Tennis team.
